風管越過耐火極限、樓板和防火墻時,穿越處風管里的排煙防火閥、防火閥兩邊各2.0m范圍里的風管應采用防火風管或風管表面應采用防火保障措施,且耐火極限不可小于該防火分隔體的耐火極限。
When the air duct crosses the fire resistance limit, floor slab and firewall, the smoke exhaust fire damper in the air duct at the crossing and the air duct within 2.0m on both sides of the fire damper shall adopt fire resistant air duct or the air duct surface shall adopt fire protection measures, and the fire resistance limit shall not be less than the fire resistance limit of the fire compartment.

當吊頂內有可燃物時,吊頂里的排煙管道應選用不燃材料開展隔熱,并應與可燃物維持不小于150mm的間距。
When there are combustibles in the ceiling, the smoke exhaust pipe in the ceiling shall be insulated with incombustible materials, and the distance between the pipe and the combustibles shall not be less than 150mm.
注:排煙風管設定隔熱的目的是避免高溫煙塵點燃吊頂里的可燃物。車庫無吊頂,且都是機電管道,無可燃物,從隔熱規定來看,車庫排煙風管無需設定隔熱對策。當吊頂內無可燃物時,也無需設定隔熱對策。

4、耐火極限定義

在規范防火試驗條件下,建筑構件、配件或構造從受到火的作用時起,至喪失承載力、完整性或隔熱性時止常用的時間,用小時表示。
Under the specified fire test conditions, the common time from the time when building components, fittings or structures are exposed to fire to the time when they lose their bearing capacity, integrity or thermal insulation is expressed in hours.
通風管道加工安裝的耐火極限包含風管的防火完整性和風管的防火隔熱性,二者必須同時滿足。與結構梁、柱子、承重梁不同的是,風管無需滿足防火承載力。
The fire endurance of the processing and installation of the ventilation duct includes the fire integrity of the air duct and the fire insulation of the air duct, both of which must be met at the same time.
