通風管道伸縮節(jié)技術是一種管道非開挖局部套環(huán)修理方法。該技術采用的主要材料為環(huán)狀橡膠止水密封帶與不銹通風管道伸縮節(jié),在管道接口或局部損壞部位安裝橡膠圈雙脹環(huán),通風管道伸縮節(jié)就位后用2~3 道通風管道伸縮節(jié)固定,達到止水目的。通風管道伸縮節(jié)施工速度快,質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性較好,可承受接口錯位,止水套環(huán)的抗內(nèi)壓效果比抗外壓要好,但對水流形態(tài)和過水斷面有影響在排水管道非開挖中,通常與鉆孔注漿法聯(lián)合使用。通風管道伸縮節(jié)主要用來大口徑管道(管徑不小于800MM)接口處漏水,大致流程:根據(jù)管道的內(nèi)徑,首先在工廠定制不銹鋼壓條和橡膠條,然后進入管道安裝,先手工固定橡膠條,接著通過管道,用密封膠圈壓住通風管道伸縮節(jié),從而完成管道局部防滲,必要時還可以對管道滲漏處進行注漿處理。

安裝流程
Installation process
1.確定需要安裝通風管道伸縮節(jié)管段,在待管段上下游各一個檢查井內(nèi)放置通風管道伸縮節(jié)保證待管段內(nèi)臨時斷水;

2.將管道內(nèi)清洗干凈;

(1)通風管道伸縮節(jié)設,首先要確定原管道的管道直徑,確保通風管道伸縮節(jié)外徑被管道的內(nèi)徑之間的修正關系。
