1. 風(fēng)管吊裝前應(yīng)堅(jiān)持各支架安裝位置、標(biāo)高是否正確、牢固，應(yīng)清除內(nèi)、外雜物，并做好清潔和保護(hù)工作。

根據(jù)消防施工方案確定的吊裝方法（整體吊裝或分節(jié)吊裝，一般情況下風(fēng)管的安裝多采用現(xiàn)場地面組裝，再分段吊裝的方法）,按照先干管后支管的安裝程序進(jìn)行吊裝。

吊裝可用滑輪、麻繩起吊，滑輪一般掛在梁、柱的節(jié)點(diǎn)上，或掛在屋架上。

2. 據(jù)現(xiàn)場具體情況，掛好滑輪，穿上麻繩，風(fēng)管綁扎牢固后即可開始起吊。

當(dāng)風(fēng)管起吊距離地面200~300mm時，應(yīng)當(dāng)停止起吊，并檢查滑輪的受力點(diǎn)和所綁扎的麻繩、繩扣是否牢固，風(fēng)管的是否正確。當(dāng)檢查沒有問題后，方可繼續(xù)起吊至安裝高度，并把風(fēng)管放在支、吊架上，再加以穩(wěn)固后方可解開繩扣。

3. 當(dāng)水平管段吊裝就位后，應(yīng)用托架的襯墊、吊架的吊桿螺栓找平，然后用拉線、水平尺和吊線的方法來哦檢查風(fēng)管是否滿足水平和垂直的要求，符合要求后即可固定牢固，然后進(jìn)行分支管或立管的安裝。
