首先通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)在安裝算量中有兩種作法,一種是描圖方式,一種是轉(zhuǎn)化方式。這次針對性說一下轉(zhuǎn)化方式的應(yīng)用。

一、風(fēng)管的識別
1、 Identification of air duct
對于風(fēng)管的轉(zhuǎn)化之前,有一個內(nèi)容必須要先明確,那就是關(guān)于風(fēng)管的標(biāo)高。用高度調(diào)整命令查看時,有時顯示出來的結(jié)果不一樣。那是因為,管線和管道的標(biāo)高就是線或管的標(biāo)高,平時再說管道多高時,就是把管道看成一根線。而如果做風(fēng)管,那在表示標(biāo)高時,方法就有些不同。要說風(fēng)管管底標(biāo)高,還是標(biāo)高,還是頂標(biāo)高。所以在風(fēng)管之前,要看清圖紙上的風(fēng)管將來是上平齊,還是下平齊,還是齊,那相對應(yīng)的調(diào)整管底標(biāo)高,標(biāo)高和頂標(biāo)高。(此外,在做風(fēng)管轉(zhuǎn)化時,也要針對性的要使用對應(yīng)的一種)。

那現(xiàn)在要做好風(fēng)管轉(zhuǎn)化,這一步要輸入好以下方面:一是風(fēng)管的材質(zhì),二是風(fēng)管的壁厚,三是風(fēng)管的接口型式,四是風(fēng)管的保溫厚度。這些參數(shù)更好看一下說明,如果沒有的話參考05N4-3的相關(guān)規(guī)定。

二、風(fēng)閥的繪制及注意事項

關(guān)于風(fēng)閥可以用轉(zhuǎn)化,也可以直接繪制,方法可以參考轉(zhuǎn)化設(shè)備。這里說一下風(fēng)閥中比較特殊的內(nèi)容。在管道里面,閥門是不扣減管道長度的,但在風(fēng)管里面,風(fēng)閥是要扣減掉風(fēng)管的長度的,對于不同的風(fēng)閥類型,有不同的扣減方法。如下圖所示,有的是風(fēng)管寬度不論什么值,風(fēng)閥只扣一個固定值;有的是風(fēng)管寬度論什么值,風(fēng)閥長度扣固定加上風(fēng)管的高度(或半徑);還有一種情況,風(fēng)管的寬度與風(fēng)閥的長度有一個對應(yīng)關(guān)系。我們可以根據(jù)具體的說明來選擇不同的風(fēng)閥類別。

We can select different types of air valves according to the specific instructions.
