無機玻璃鋼通風管道
Inorganic fiberglass ventilation ducts
無機玻璃鋼通風管道又稱為玻鎂風管,是以改性菱鎂水泥為膠結料,摻入有機或無機填充料,并用中堿玻璃纖維布進行增強而制成的一種管材。具有不燃燒、耐腐蝕、強度高和重量輕等特點,被廣泛應用于賓館、飯店、大型商場、寫字樓的空調工程以及礦井通風、工廠排煙、除塵等工程。在建筑工程、地下工程及工業廠房的通風中,它已經完全取代了不耐燃的有機玻璃鋼通風管,并在逐步取代防腐性能差的鍍鋅鐵皮通風管。尤其是在濕度大的地下工程和長江以南地區,它的優越性更為顯著。
Inorganic fiberglass ventilation ducts, also known as glass magnesium ducts, are a type of pipe material made from modified magnesite cement as a binder, mixed with organic or inorganic fillers, and reinforced with medium alkali glass fiber cloth. It has the characteristics of non combustion, corrosion resistance, high strength, and light weight, and is widely used in the air conditioning engineering of hotels, restaurants, large shopping malls, office buildings, as well as mine ventilation, factory smoke exhaust, dust removal and other engineering. In the ventilation of building engineering, underground engineering, and industrial factories, it has completely replaced the non combustible organic glass reinforced plastic ventilation pipes, and is gradually replacing the galvanized iron sheet ventilation pipes with poor anti-corrosion performance. Especially in underground projects with high humidity and areas south of the Yangtze River, its advantages are even more significant.

根據國家建筑材料行業標準JC646-1996標準的規定,無機玻璃鋼通風管道按用途分為P類管和D類管兩種。P類管主要用于公共建筑、人防工程及一般需要安裝通風及空調設施的工業廠房和礦井等,作通風管、排煙管和排塵管;D類管則主要用作住宅建筑的通風管、排油煙管。
