1、通風(fēng)管道安裝系統(tǒng)的鋪設(shè)原則

管道鋪設(shè)分明裝、暗裝，一般采用明裝。因為明裝以便于檢修，在無法采用明裝時考慮暗裝方式，管道盡可能的集中成列，盡量沿墻或柱子平行鋪設(shè)，若管徑大或保溫應(yīng)布局在靠墻側(cè)。一般兩根管道平行布局時，間距不小于100～200mm。

在以焊接為主要連接方式方法的管道中，應(yīng)設(shè)置足夠數(shù)量的法蘭連接，在以螺紋為主的連接管道中應(yīng)設(shè)置足夠的活接頭，以便宜于安裝、拆卸、檢修

3、通風(fēng)管道加工系統(tǒng)的支撐原則管道不宜與閥件直接支撐在設(shè)備上，應(yīng)單獨設(shè)置支架或吊架，管道的焊縫位置應(yīng)在施工方便或受力較小的地方，焊縫不得位于支架處且距離不小于200mm。
