在通風(fēng)管道中，除了風(fēng)管，還有一些支吊架等配件，因而它的裝置就分為兩有些，一有些是風(fēng)管，包含螺旋風(fēng)管、矩形風(fēng)管等，還有一有些即是支吊架，下面就來詳細(xì)介紹這兩有些內(nèi)容。
In the ventilation duct, in addition to the air duct, there are some supports and hangers and other accessories. 1.風(fēng)管
1. Air duct
(1)應(yīng)在建筑物圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)施工完結(jié)，以及場合整理完結(jié)后進(jìn)行風(fēng)管的裝置。
(1) The installation of air duct should be carried out after the completion of building envelope construction and finishing of occasions.
(2)裝置風(fēng)管前，應(yīng)對風(fēng)管的方位，標(biāo)高以及走向等進(jìn)行復(fù)核，要契合規(guī)劃請求，預(yù)留孔的方位應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確，孔洞的巨細(xì)應(yīng)大于風(fēng)管外邊尺度的100mm及以上。
(2) Before installing the air duct, the orientation, elevation and direction of the air duct should be rechecked to meet the planning requirements. The orientation of the reserved hole should be accurate, and the size of the hole should be greater than 100 mm or more of the outer dimension of the air duct.
(3)風(fēng)管轉(zhuǎn)移時應(yīng)避免發(fā)作碰撞或摔打，避免損害風(fēng)管。裝置前應(yīng)整理掉粉塵以及雜物，裝置過程中如有中止，應(yīng)關(guān)閉風(fēng)管口，以防有灰塵及異物進(jìn)入風(fēng)管。
(3) When the air duct is transferred, the collision or falling should be avoided to avoid damaging the air duct. Before installation, dust and sundries should be cleaned up. If there is a stop in the process of installation, the air duct orifice should be closed to prevent dust and foreign matters from entering the air duct.
(4)風(fēng)管的接口不能裝置在墻內(nèi)或樓板內(nèi)，風(fēng)管內(nèi)不能敷設(shè)管道、電線以及電纜。
(4) The interface of the air duct shall not be installed in the wall or floor, and pipes, wires and cables shall not be laid in the air duct.
(5)風(fēng)管如果是運(yùn)送易燃易爆的氣體，或者是處于這種環(huán)境中，那么應(yīng)有必要的接地辦法進(jìn)行防護(hù);如果是運(yùn)送溫度高于80℃的空氣，則應(yīng)采納必要的防護(hù)辦法。
(5) If the air duct is transporting inflammable and explosive gas or is in such environment, necessary grounding method shall be adopted for protection; if it is to transport air with temperature higher than 80 ℃, necessary protection measures shall be adopted.
(6)風(fēng)管的底部不宜有拼接縫，如有應(yīng)做好密封處理。
(6) The bottom of the air duct should not have joint, if any, it should be sealed.
(7)風(fēng)管如要穿過樓板或墻體，則應(yīng)運(yùn)用預(yù)埋管或防護(hù)套管，它們之間還要有柔性資料進(jìn)行封堵。
(7) If the air duct is to pass through the floor or wall, the embedded pipe or protective sleeve should be used, and flexible data should be used for plugging between them.
(8)風(fēng)管與設(shè)備相連接時，其連接處應(yīng)有柔性短管，長度為150—300mm，或者是規(guī)則的長度請求。
(8) When the air duct is connected with the equipment, there should be a flexible short pipe with a length of 150-300 mm, or a regular length request.
(9)風(fēng)管測定孔的方位應(yīng)選在不發(fā)生渦流的區(qū)域，且要便于丈量和調(diào)查。
(9) The orientation of air duct measuring hole should be selected in the area without eddy current, and it should be convenient for measurement and investigation.
2.支吊架
2. Supports and hangers
(1)支吊架的一切配件，其所用資料的運(yùn)用，應(yīng)契合規(guī)劃請求以及參數(shù)請求。
(1) All accessories of supports and hangers shall be used in accordance with planning requirements and parameter requirements.
(2)在風(fēng)管的答應(yīng)裝置間隔下，吊架的更小標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)契合規(guī)則。
(2) Under the maximum allowable installation interval of air duct, the minimum standard of hanger shall conform to the rules.
(3)支吊架預(yù)埋件應(yīng)裝置準(zhǔn)確，且要結(jié)實(shí)牢靠，其埋入有些應(yīng)進(jìn)行整理，而顯露有些應(yīng)進(jìn)行防腐處理。
(3) The embedded parts of supports and hangers shall be installed accurately and firmly. Some embedded parts shall be arranged, while others exposed shall be treated with anti-corrosion.
(4)支吊架不宜設(shè)在設(shè)備的操作部位，對支吊架進(jìn)行固定時，應(yīng)運(yùn)用脹錨螺栓進(jìn)行固定，脹錨螺栓的運(yùn)用應(yīng)契合規(guī)則請求。
(4) The support and hanger should not be set in the operation part of the equipment. When fixing the support and hanger, the expansion anchor bolt should be used for fixation, and the application of the expansion anchor bolt should meet the requirements of the rules.
