1、通風(fēng)管道水平安裝，水平度的允許偏差每m不應(yīng)大于3mm，總偏差不應(yīng)大于20mm;通風(fēng)管道垂直安裝，垂直度的允許偏差每m不應(yīng)大于2mm，總偏差不應(yīng)大于20mm。
1. For horizontal installation of ventilation pipes, the allowable deviation of levelness shall not be greater than 3m m per m, and the total deviation shall not be greater than 20mm; for vertical installation of ventilation pipes, the allowable deviation of verticality shall not be greater than 2mm per m, and the total deviation shall not be greater than 20mm.
2、管道吊架距法蘭距離不小于20mm。柔性短管長度為150~300mm.金屬軟管及非金屬軟管長度不得大于2m,并不用有死彎或塌凹。

7、通風(fēng)管道保溫應(yīng)平整，法蘭處必須單獨(dú)保溫，法蘭保溫材料應(yīng)與管道一致。通風(fēng)管道水平度為3‰，垂直度2‰，總體偏差均不大于20mm。

10、玻璃鋼通風(fēng)管道長度超過20m時，應(yīng)加固定支架不得少于一個，玻璃鋼通風(fēng)管道長度超過20m時應(yīng)按設(shè)計要求加伸縮節(jié)。

11、通風(fēng)管道穿伸縮縫處應(yīng)采用軟連接，軟管長度為伸縮縫寬度加100mm。通風(fēng)管道保溫材料為巖棉時保溫應(yīng)采用鐵角包裝帶，打包帶間距為0.6~0.7m。通通風(fēng)管道規(guī)格在400mm以下的支吊架間距不大于4m,規(guī)格在400mm以上的通風(fēng)管道支吊架間距不大于3m.
11. Flexible connection shall be adopted at the place where the ventilation pipe passes through the expansion joint, and the length of the hose shall be the width of the expansion joint plus 100mm. When the thermal insulation material of the ventilation pipe is rock wool, the iron angle packing belt shall be used for thermal insulation, and the spacing of the packing belt shall be 0.6 ~ 0.7m. The distance between the supports and hangers of the ventilation pipe with the specification less than 400mm shall not be more than 4m, and the distance between the supports and hangers of the ventilation pipe with the specification more than 400mm shall not be more than 3m
13、通風(fēng)管道垂直安裝，支架間距不大于4m,玻璃鋼管不大于3m。
13. The ventilation pipe shall be installed vertically, and the support spacing shall not be more than 4m, and the glass steel pipe shall not be more than 3m.
14、排通風(fēng)管道與屋面風(fēng)機(jī)連接應(yīng)墊6mm的橡膠墊，鍍鋅螺栓應(yīng)加平光墊和彈簧墊圈。
14. 6mm rubber pad shall be used for the connection between exhaust ventilation pipe and roof fan, and flat mat and spring washer shall be added for galvanized bolt.
15、室外鐵皮通風(fēng)管道保溫應(yīng)平整、光滑、咬口不小于20~25mm。
